Aims and objectives

The organisation provides high quality supported Accommodation to people with mental health or a learning disability, which are based on a number of important principles: 

  • Privacy: The right to live in their own home without unnecessary intrusion. Where there is a balance between their right to privacy and their safety. 
  • Dignity: The treatment of people as equals by the staff and where person/carer balance is one of equal partnership. 
  • Independence: Supporting the tenant to take some thought through risk. As to continue their skill development in all areas of their life encouraging them to make their own informed decisions and act on them. 
  • Choice: Giving people information which allows them to make informed choice and select from a range of options. 
  • Rights: Ensure that all the basic human rights are afforded to the tenants. 
  • Fulfilment: Enabling the tenant to realise their own aims and Support them to achieve their current goals and to move beyond these aspirations of possible.

The company expects the highest level of performance from its staff in the pursuit of its aims. And we will ensure that all staff is properly equipped to meet the standards demanded.
