Location of supported accommodation:
We Provide Housing and Support across Sheffield and the local areas for those who require support. We support people with a wide range of Mental Health and Disabilities in returning to independent living. In addition to our own Supported Accommodation, we also offer Home Support Services.
We believe that every person is entitled to a level of support that facilitates their personal development. We do this in a homely, domestic environment that is friendly, safe, caring and promotes progress towards independence and community integration.
Our Supported Living and Domiciliary support/care services will motivate and encourage individuals to achieve personal goals, ambitions and desires, to enable full integration into the local community and society as a whole.
We actively encourage the discovery of new skills and interests. And support individuals within the community in homes they may already rent or own in order to live a more independent meaningful life.
